What do I do if my new Team Member is not enrolled? (relevant for Managers only)
If your Team Member is not enrolled in a relevant course please contact Ask People Support.
Please include the following details when contacting Ask PS:
- Your brand (TWL, WSL, NLG, T7),
- Your Team Member's employee number
- Your Team Member's Full Name,
- Your store.

To check if your Team Member is enrolled in the course, please go to the Reporting tab, and click/tap on "My Staff's Course Progress". You can customise the report to view individual Team Members.
